In 1989, the restaurant "Prinz Frederik" opened its doors to the public and has become one of the gourmet hot spots in town. Room information Mr and Mrs. Lay were inspired during their long-term stays in England and France to create a "home away from home". For this reason, all rooms are arranged individually and offer peace, luxury, and an immediate "comfort feeling". Eat & Drink Enjoy an aperitif at the fireplace in the red salon before getting spoiled with royal menus at our restaurant "Prince Frederik". Our restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday.
