Eat & Drink The delicious breakfast buffet is served from 06:00 in the Dialogue restaurant, after which typical regional specialities and high quality international dishes are served until 23:00. You can continue your evening in the hotel bar, Studio M, which is open between 10:00 and 02:00. Here you can enjoy a cool drink or one of the renowned Grands Vins Mercure wines in a welcoming lounge atmosphere. Area information The hotel is an ideal base for discovering the landing bridges, the harbour, the Speicherstadt (warehouse city), the Alster canal or St. Michaelis' Church.
